Payment Policy

Payment is due in full upon order completion unless previously arranged with the management. Payments are accepted through our website and over the phone via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheques by prior arrangement. No other forms of payment are currently accepted.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason. In the event a booking is cancelled, customers will be notified and full refunds will be provided. If due to weather, bookings will be rebooked for future dates only.

Refunds

You can request a refund less a $30 administration fee within 14 days of the purchase date. No refund can be given after that period or for expired vouchers. Refunds are made through Direct Deposit only. No cash will be refunded directly to customers. Booked experiences can be rescheduled any time prior to 7 working days before the event. Booking changes within 7 working days are subject to a $30 rebooking fee. No-shows will void all vouchers.
